SALES EXECUTIVE
Be a successful Sales Executive and grow in a dynamic company that offers a Generous Commission Package and Company Privileges.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate Sales through the management of existing accounts and the identification of new clients and business opportunities.
  • Create and Implement Sales and Marketing Strategies.
  • Conduct Market Research to remain attuned to changing client needs and market trends.
  • Manage After-Sales efforts to ensure continuing service to clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, preferably Sales and Marketing, Business Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Required language (s): English, Filipino
  • With extensive Sales and Marketing experience in the Roofing, Construction or Thermal Insulation industries.
  • Willing to travel
SHOWROOM SALES COORDINATOR

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensures that the Outlet generates sales through the servicing of walk-in clients and the identification of new clients and business opportunities.
  • Operates the showroom to produce the highest quality customer service experience for clients.
  • Answers phone inquiries in a professional, courteous and friendly manner.
  • Maintains adequate inventory levels for sales transactions.
  • Monitors sufficient level of marketing materials and office supplies.
  • Ensures that the showroom looks clean, presentable and professionally-run.
  • Responsible for opening and closing duties, including locking and securing the showroom.
  • Liaises closely with Head Office all Showroom-related concerns.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-3 Years Experience in Showroom Sales is an advantage.
  • Knowledgeable with brand positioning, brand equity, sales, advertising, and promotions.
  • Must be able to portray the company’s core values to customers.
  • At least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Flexible work schedules including Weekends.
  • Honest, confident, self-motivated, detail-oriented,and organized.
  • Excellent negotiating and communication skills.
  • Can work with minimum supervision.
